LOGZ is a gym workout tracking app for CrossFit gyms. Coaches post daily workouts, athletes log their scores, and everyone sees a shared leaderboard. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
When you create an account and use LOGZ, we collect:
- Email address — for account creation, login, and transactional emails (confirmation, password reset, gym approval notifications)
- Full name — displayed to other members of your gym
- Gender — used for analytics and future leaderboard features
- Date of birth — used for future features including birthday recognition within your gym
- Profile photo — optional, uploaded by you, displayed to your gym's members
- Workout scores — the scores you log for each workout, visible to your gym's members on the leaderboard
- Gym membership — which gym you belong to and your role (coach or athlete)
- Session data — standard authentication session information managed by our infrastructure provider
Information we may collect in the future
- Usage analytics — screens viewed and features used, to help us improve the app
- Device tokens — if we add push notifications (e.g. "New workout posted")
How we use your information
- To operate your account and provide the app's core features
- To display your name, avatar, and scores to other members of your gym
- To send transactional emails related to your account
- To improve the app based on how it's used
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored and processed by Supabase (database and authentication) and Resend (email delivery). Both are reputable infrastructure providers with their own privacy and security practices.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@logzapp.net.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@logzapp.net.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
